Payment and Scheduling

Insurance
Many of our clients receive reimbursement directly from their insurance company, provided the insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits. Financial accommodations are available for cases of hardship.

Payment
Cash and checks are accepted for payment. Payment will be requested up front and a receipt will be provided upon request for submittal to insurance companies or tax purposes.

Cancellation Policy
